I am Ayan, in Sanskrit it means the path of the Sun.

I lead Experience and Design for Deloitte Digital Studios in the US for the last 2+ years.

 

I believe there is a huge potential unrealized in Digital Experience in how we connect with the end consumer and with my varied exposure can help organizations move the needle in a positive direction ;)

 

I am the founder of the Studios for Deloitte Digital in India and built a team of 1400+ (Design & Engineering) from scratch over 9 years, turning a cost to the company into a $3bn business.

 

I built Design School relationships for talent and helped institutes design curriculums most relevant to the market. I serve on the Advisory Board for a few of them in India to be able to keep contributing and giving back to Design.

 

I worked in Advertising for 13+ years in India for Ogilvy, Rediffusion DY&R and Contract Advertising and then spent some time in Kenya for Leo Burnett as a Creative Director, standing up a formidable Creative Team.

 

I graduated with Painting and Printmaking (Etching) from College of Art, Delhi, India. Cricket is my religion. I love trekking up the Himalayas at least once a year which also fulfills my love for photography.
