roles that I have played in the last 20+ years

I come with 13 years of Advertising and Marketing experience. Worked across continents, leading and building Design & Creative teams on Global Brands for leading Agencies and now in Deloitte Digital for the last 10+ years.

 

I was the first Designer to be hired in Deloitte Digital US in India and am one of the Founders of the Studios starting with Mumbai.

 

What’s a Studio?

Well, it is a bunch of people from different backgrounds in design and engineering who

come together with a vision and brings a digital experience to life.

 

I have been able to scale the team across 4 locations from 8 to 1400+ in a matter of 9+ years. It has been nothing short of an awesome journey where a small bunch of us built a culture of “Design First” approach and made Experience as one of the key drivers for solutions built and delivered across all capabilities in the middle of Consulting.

The mantra was - Start small. Fail fast. Keep things simple. And look what we have done. From a cost to the firm to a $3 Billion business only in a decade. Built a team of 1400 from 8 in 9+ years with a mix of both Engineering and Design delivering Digital Experiences for 80% of the Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
